Vic: Judge urges tougher drink driving laws

A Melbourne judge says politicians need to toughen laws dealing with drink-drivers.

Judge JOE GULLACI has made the comments .. as he jailed a New Zealand man who injured
four generations of the same family in a head-on smash.

26 year old BRENDON HEALEY was swerving and driving on the wrong side of Donnybrook
Road in Mickleham .. north of Melbourne .. when he smashed into a car being driven by
ELISSA WILKIE on October 7 2003.
