Army Reserve Career Counselor of the Year

The U.S. Army Reserve Career Counselor of the Year is Sgt. 1st Class Barbra Foster, retention noncommissioned officer for the U.S. Army Reserve 88th Regional Support Command.

"I was overwhelmed at being selected," said Foster. "It was a great honor to represent the 88th RSC. It's great to be able to have achieved something that I had always thought about but did not think was possible."
